THE GREY ENERGY BAR IN "DISCLOSURE DAY" AND A STRANGE CONNECTION TO BACHELOR'S GROVE

One scene in "Disclosure Day" caught my attention immediately: the appearance of a mysterious grey energy bar.

Many people may not realiz

e that a very similar concept exists within Robert Monroe's Gateway Experience program. Known as the Energy Bar Tool (EBT), it's taught as a focused cylinder of energy used for healing, remote perception, manifestation, communication with non-physical intelligences, and consciousness exploration. The concept was even discussed in the famous CIA and Army Intelligence analysis of the Gateway Process.

I watched in the movie as he rotated the grey bar, expanded his arms, and focused his mind on taking him somewhere. I feel I know what he was doing and what this was in reference too.

What made this especially interesting to me was a personal experience. Something similar.

While using the Energy Bar Tool during a Gateway session in 2016, I stretched out the bar to just beyond shoulder length. It glowed and floated in front of me in the void. I became curious and focused beyond the bar itself. I wondered, what was behind it. Suddenly I found myself behind it looking down at a scene from the mid-1990s at Bachelor's Grove Cemetery.

Then I remembered something strange and I looked quickly and I realized exactly where I was.

During one of our investigations at Bachelors Grove in the mid to late 90s, several of us witnessed a long horizontal bar of light suspended roughly 10–12 feet above the ground appear out of nowhere. It remained visible for about 10 seconds before disappearing, slowly becoming transparent and disappearing. We couldn't explain it. Our theories ranged from a portal to a UFO-related phenomenon or some kind of dimensional anomaly.

When I later realized during my session in 2016 that the object looked remarkably identical to the Energy Bar Tool I created and was using in the Gateway exercise, and here I was looking down at myself in the same position and angle the bar appeared in the 1990s, it raised an intriguing question:

Was the EBT merely a visualization technique... or does it represent a real energetic phenomenon occasionally perceived in altered states or anomalous environments? How was I able to in 2016 open up a doorway to see myself in the mid 90s? Better yet, have memory of the incident from that period of time and had proof of it... a sketch back then. (posted here and shown in some of lectures in the past 27 years).

I think I know the answer. Consciousness is not limited to time and space. With the right mindset and conditions we can travel, as the case and purpose with the Gateway Program.

The connection between the Gateway Experience, the CIA's interest in consciousness research, UFO reports of luminous rods and portals, and that strange night at Bachelor's Grove remains one of the most fascinating mysteries I've encountered.

Needless to say, further use of the Gateway program brought me to different planes of existence and one shocking place where I witnessed several tall beings in white that jumped up and approached me as I appeared.. walking straight to me in a rush stating "If you go any further, there is no turning back!" that statment and unknown place I was in, terrified me. I felt quickly I was not supposed to be there and second what if I got stuck there. I left and quickly shot back into my body and ended the session. I do not know where I went. Why I went to that place, or whatever that dimension or astral plane was.

My Personal Theory: Did I Send the Energy Bar Through Time?

Over the years, my thinking about the Bachelor's Grove incident has changed.

When the event happened in the mid-1990s, none of us had any explanation for what we were seeing. We simply stood there staring at a strange horizontal bar of light suspended in the air roughly 10 to 12 feet above the ground. It remained visible for several seconds before disappearing.

At the time, I considered possibilities ranging from a UFO to some kind of dimensional portal. There was no framework available to me at that time that connected the phenomenon to consciousness exploration.

That changed in 2016.

Let me share this again....

While working with the Gateway Experience and using the Energy Bar Tool, I became curious about the nature of the tool itself. Instead of using it for its intended purpose, I mentally asked it to take me somewhere. I wanted to see what existed beyond it.

What followed was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life.

I suddenly found myself observing a scene from above. Looking down, I recognized myself and several others standing in Bachelor's Grove Cemetery during one of our investigations in the 1990s.

Then the realization struck me.

The object I had witnessed decades earlier appeared identical to the Energy Bar Tool I had just created during the Gateway exercise.

The bar wasn't alien intervention, it wasn't paranormal. It was me sending the EBT to the past. I recognized in that exact moment in 2016... the connection! From past to present.

Today, my personal belief is that what we witnessed at Bachelor's Grove may was the Energy Bar Tool itself.

Not a symbolic version.

The actual tool.

I do not believe I intentionally sent it there. There was no conscious attempt to travel through time, communicate with my younger self, or create a visible manifestation.

Instead, I simply asked the tool to take me somewhere.

And to my surprise it did.

My consciousness followed the Energy Bar Tool backward along some non-linear pathway of time and awareness.

The luminous bar we witnessed in the cemetery was the result of that interaction.

Knowing now that consciousness is capable of operating outside conventional space-time—as suggested and witnessed by the Gateway material, remote viewing research, and various anomalous experiences—then perhaps what we observed was a brief overlap between two points of awareness separated by decades.

To be clear, I cannot prove this. Unless I attempt it again under better "controlled and documented" conditions.

I have no scientific evidence that this is what occurred. Except my own memory and event and those that were there.

However, after reflecting on both experiences for many years, I genuinely feel that the object we witnessed in the 1990s and the Energy Bar Tool I created in 2016 were one and the same.

The experience left me with another intriguing possibility.

If the Energy Bar Tool can function as a vehicle for consciousness, perhaps it can be directed with greater precision through practice and intention.

In 2016, I simply allowed it to take me wherever it wanted.

I started the gateway to try and go back and change my car accident that occured on Sept 23, 2009. After experiencing this and then the white tall beings that said "....There is no turning back" I was afraid if I did in fact change my past, there would be dire changes to my present and I could make things worse.

I regress, the destination from 2016 to the 1990s appeared to be a moment from my own past.

Had I possessed more experience or understanding, could I have consciously selected a destination?

Could the tool be used to explore other moments in time, locations, or states of consciousness as I hoped and planned to do. Change or warn of traumatic events in time?

I am sure it must be able to be controlled. I did go back in time. But it was uncontrolled.

Interesting enough in the movie Disclosure Day, they do just that. They find someone and appear to them, then also take control of their mind.

I can see this happening with the EBT. With proper practice.

If my interpretation is correct, the Energy Bar Tool may represent something far more profound than a visualization exercise.

It may be a genuine interface between consciousness and a reality that is far less bound by time and space than we currently understand.

Do I want to take the time to start the program again and create direct coordinates of where I want to go. Do the program with greator purpose?

I do have some ideas of where I would like to go, but can I make the time?

No pun intended.
